Dear Friends:
It’s been a joy and a privilege to witness the growth, expansion and increasing momentum of She Brews Coffee & Transition Program. We have an amazing team of professionals who are committed to the flourishing of the clients we serve. We’ve invested in the enhancement and expansion of all aspects of our transition program equipping women, and now men, to transform their lives and blossom into the people God created them to be. We also served and provided housing for 33 children, the most ever, and impacted another 121 children through our programs.
Our social enterprise and job training program, She Brews Coffee Roasters, had an incredible year with a strong 18% year over year sales increase. This kind of growth is unheard of in a traditional retail setting. We invested in and strengthened our food offerings (more to come on that in 2026), our sales really took off with the expansion of our clothing line, and the demand for events and catering increased significantly.
We completed our first full third party financial audit in 2025 and “passed” with flying colors as they say. Our financial position and our internal systems and processes have never been stronger.
She Brews operates through four key pillars: 1) safe and affordable transition housing, 2) a robust transition program that equips and educates, 3) a high-impact mentoring program through our collaboration with Stand in the Gap Ministries, and 4) job skills training and employment through She Brews Coffee Roasters (retail and wholesale).
This brief report captures the highlights of our accomplishments in 2025, none of which would happen without the generosity of our donors, volunteers, customers, staff members and collaborating partner organizations. We are deeply grateful for each of you and for your generous and continued support.
