Coffee Products:
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or if the product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item(s).
Merchandise:
We accept returns or exchanges on merchandise (e.g., apparel, mugs, accessories) within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
