NOTES
Citrus zest, coffee cherry, amaretto, and dried lavender.
Geta Bore is a small but mighty cooperative in the Goma District of Ethiopia’s Jimma Zone, producing exceptional coffee at elevations up to 2,200 meters. As a member of the Kata Muduga Union, this 75-member co-op was formed to reduce the burden of transporting cherries and to gain greater control in decision-making. With eco-conscious processing and direct training access, these farmers deliver vibrant, traceable, and community-driven coffees. Expect beautifully layered flavors thanks to high altitudes, heirloom varietals, and meticulous post-harvest care—each cup is a testament to resilience, cooperation, and the distinct taste of Western Ethiopia.
Personality (Cupping Notes): Gentle & sophisticated with blooming notes of citrus zest, coffee cherry, amaretto, and dried lavender.
