This natural process coffee was grown in the legendary Guji Zone of southern Ethiopia, a dynamic coffee-producing region. The neighboring coffee-producing regions of Sidama and Yirgacheffe have long been celebrated for their washed coffees, Guji has a reputation for producing exceptional natural-process lots, often showcasing intense fruit-forward profiles and complex aromatics. The natural coffee process involves drying the entire coffee cherry before removing the outer layer, creating a bolder and sweeter flavor profile, lower acidity, and a heavier body, which produces a smooth and rich cup of coffee.
Personality (Cupping Notes): Gentle & sophisticated with blooming notes of dried berry, dried jasmine, and kahlua. Delicate fruit-like sweetness and tart acidity.
