NOTES
dark chocolate, fresh green grapes, and mellow, fresh tropical fruit notes.
Experience our Colombian coffee’s vibrant flavors and meaningful impact, sourced from ASMUCAFE—the Asociación de Mujeres Agropecuarias de Uribe. This group of women farmers and landowners in El Tambo, Cauca, is dedicated to improving their families’ quality of life and uplifting their community through shared knowledge, resources, and support. Guided by values like responsibility, honesty, respect, and solidarity, ASMUCAFE empowers women while cultivating exceptional coffee.
Another unique aspect of this coffee is its “double” fermentation process. The cherries undergo 14 hours of fermentation in loading hoppers, followed by de-pulping and an additional 10 hours of fermentation in traditional open tanks. Afterward, the beans are washed three to four times and dried in parabolic dryers or under the sun for 8–12 days, resulting in a rich, complex flavor profile.
Your purchase of this coffee creates double the impact. Not only do you enjoy a remarkable coffee with notes of chocolate, earth, and spice, but you also directly support ASMUCAFE’s female empowerment projects. A special price premium is invested into initiatives that uplift the women, their families, and the local community. Sip with purpose and savor the difference this coffee makes—both in your cup and in the community.
Personality (Cupping Notes): Blanced & bold with dark chocolate, fresh green grapes, and mellow, fresh tropical fruit notes.
