In 2024, She Brews Coffee & Transition Program:
- Served 69 adults and 22 children though our affordable housing program and 21 women through She Brews Coffee Roasters job training program
- Improved fundamentals across the board in the coffee business with growth in retail, wholesale, events and online sales
- Implemented a financial education program designed for adults with low income/poverty backgrounds to help our clients rethink poverty and respond with practical biblical principles to foster financial restoration and flourishing
- Enhanced the transition program structure for our clients to a progress-based versus time-based program journey, providing clients more ownership and a larger voice in how they matriculate through the program
- Improved fundraising diversity with the growth of individual donor contributions
